DESCRIPTION:Want an opportunity to learn the essentials about birth and how to care for your new baby in a fun and interactive way?\nYou will love our prenatal class. \nFee is $195 per couple and you will come away informed and with a bag of supplies to help you on the road to parenthood.\nTopics covered Include:\nStages of labour\nInterventions and options\nComfort measures-medicated and unmedicated\nC-section and vaginal birth\nHow to write a birth plan – and have an empowered birth\nPostpartum care for Mom\nCaring for your newborn\, including bathing diaper\, dressing\, soothing and car seats\nFeeding your newborn basics and your changing relationship as parents \nTaught by an engaging Registered Nurse who will have you laughing and you will leave feeling prepared to welcome your baby! \nRegistration via Eventbrite. \n1 ticket per couple\nYou will receive a email with details in the week before the class. If you do not receive this please check your spam folder and email info@babiesfirst.ca \n**This class requires registration in advance**\n*This class will only run with a minimum of 4 couples. In the event we do not have enough registrants we will cancel the course and offer a full refund.\nThe location of this class may move up to 10 km away based on number of registrations.
