DESCRIPTION:Next up Solids!  What an exciting\, fun\, messy time for you and your baby.  Our poplar Intro to Solids class is back! \nThis 1.5 hour workshop goes over current recommendations for introducing solids\, tips and tricks\, how to know baby is ready for solids\, information on what to introduce when\, how much to feed\, baby led weaning\, safety tips\, information on allergens and how to respond and the action to take if baby is choking.  This workshop will be offered live online where you will be able to ask questions! \nThis workshop is taught by an experienced Registered Nurse and Board Certified Lactation Consultant who is also a Certified First Aid and CPR instructor. \nWe recommend taking this course when your baby is between 3-7 months old so you are prepared for introduction of solids which is recommended around 6 months when baby is showing signs of readiness!

DESCRIPTION:Learn essential tips to help you prepare to breastfeed your baby! \nThis 2 hour class is taught by an experienced Registered Nurse IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant).   It is perfect for all expectant parents who plan to breastfeed and is a must for those who have not attended any prenatal class. It is also a good review for those with experience.  Even those who take a prenatal class will benefit from the in-depth details this class covers.    \nA lactation consultant will discuss practical information on breastfeeding-latching and positioning\, how milk supply works and establishing milk supply\, how partners/families can help\, along with information on nutrition and medication while breastfeeding\, resolving breastfeeding issues\, bottles\, soothers and much more. \nAsk your questions and get answers!  \nPartners are welcome and encouraged to attend.  One ticket per couple!
