DESCRIPTION:sWant an opportunity to learn the essentials about birth and how to care for your new baby in a fun and interactive way?  You will love our prenatal class! \nFee is $185 per couple and you will come away informed and with a bag of supplies to help you on the road to parenthood. \nTopics covered Include: \n\nStages of labour\nInterventions and options\nComfort measures-medicated and unmedicated\nC-section and vaginal birth\nHow to write a birth plan – and have an empowered birth\nPostpartum care for Mom\nCaring for your newborn\, including bathing diaper\, dressing\, soothing and car seats\nFeeding your newborn basics\nCaring for your changing relationship as parents\nParenting hacks\n\nTaught by two engaging Registered Nurses who will have you laughing and you will leave feeling prepared to welcome your baby! \n1 ticket per couple \nWe kindly ask all parents-to-be to wear a mask during the course and screen themselves for symptoms of COVID prior to attending. \nIf unwell please email info@babiesfirst.ca prior to the start of the class and we will move your registration to the next class or offer a refund minus a $30 administration fee.
