Online Introducing Solids to your Baby Workshop including Choking Rescue

In this 1 hour online workshop learn all about introducing solid food to your baby. Learn the current recommendations, important tips and tricks and most importantly a review of the choking and CPR rescue. Resources provided after class including some Babies First favourite recipes. This workshop is $20 and is offered online while allowing you to interact and ask questions.
