Our First Aid and CPR Workshop for families provides vital education on emergency response techniques. This workshop is crucial for parents, grandparents, and caregivers who want to ensure the safety and well-being of their children. With hands-on training and expert guidance, you will gain the confidence and skills needed to handle emergencies effectively.

This workshop covers baby, child and some adult information everyone should know.  The hands-on practice will build your confidence in your ability to respond.

The workshop is approximately 2 hours in length and allows you to ask questions and practice on a life-like manikin.
