In person Group Prenatal Childbirth and Babycare Class
Want an opportunity to learn the essentials about birth and how to care for your new baby in a fun and interactive way? You will love our prenatal class!
Fee is $185 per couple and you will come away informed and with a bag of supplies to help you on the road to parenthood.

- Stages of labour
- Interventions and options
- Comfort measures-medicated and unmedicated
- C-section and vaginal birth
- How to write a birth plan – and have an empowered birth
- Postpartum care for Mom
- Caring for your newborn, including bathing diaper, dressing, soothing and car seats
- Feeding your newborn basics
- Caring for your changing relationship as parents
- Parenting hacks
Taught by two engaging Registered Nurses who will have you laughing and you will leave feeling prepared to welcome your baby!
1 ticket per couple
We kindly ask all parents-to-be to wear a mask during the course and screen themselves for symptoms of COVID prior to attending.
If unwell please email [email protected] prior to the start of the class and we will move your registration to the next class or offer a refund minus a $30 administration fee. You will be provided with access to the prerecorded version of the course.
